A dedicated lottery player from Hunter River, New South Wales, has won a life-changing AU$1 million in the Weekday Windfall draw, thanks to the same set of numbers she’s been using for over a decade.

The lucky woman held the only division one winning entry in Weekday Windfall’s draw 4600, held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The winning numbers were:
22, 20, 44, 42, 23, 17
Supplementary numbers: 35 and 18
Her 14-game winning ticket was purchased at Singleton Mall Newsagency, located at Shop 23B, Mall Shopping Centre, 1 Gowrie Street, Singleton.
While her identity remains private, The Lott confirmed the win on Thursday morning.
“Thank you! Oh my, I don’t know what to say. This feels a bit surreal. It’s wonderful,” the woman said after being notified.

The winner missed the initial call from The Lott but fortunately answered the second one. At the time, she was baking in her kitchen — a routine task that quickly turned into a moment she’ll never forget.

She also shared that she has been using the same numbers since Weekday Windfall first launched, only ever winning small amounts like AU$100 — until now.
