The Powerball jackpot has soared to $1.10 billion, making it the fifth-largest prize ever. After no jackpot winner in the August 30, 2025, drawing, the massive prize will be available again on September 1. The odds of winning are 1 in 292.2 million, with a $498.4 million cash option also offered. While nobody hit the jackpot, a dozen players won $1 million prizes across several states. Many others took home prizes ranging from $50,000 to $2 million. The previous largest Powerball jackpot was $2.04 billion in 2022.
